This Fall, I was lucky enough to take a trip out to Los Angeles to meet with one of my 20 Dishes business partners, Orleatha, and to also take some time to relax and have some fun. You can check out some of my shenanigans on Instagram here.
While I was there, Orleatha and I did a Facebook Live together on our 20 Dishes Facebook page, which was SO. MUCH. FUN. I wish we lived closer so that we could do these Live videos together all the time. That would ROCK!
All 3 of us over at 20 Dishes (Orleatha, Kelly Bejelly, and myself) are IN LOVE with our Instant Pots®. I love mine because it saves me time in the kitchen and it has built-in safety features that allow me to walk off and leave it, unlike traditional pressure cookers which must be babysat.
We are currently working hard on creating a ton of new Instant Pot® recipes for our 20 Dishes members (new category rolling out soooooon) and we’ve also published a new Instant Pot® eBook!

A number of people have mentioned that they have a brand new Instant Pot® that is still sitting in the box in their house because they feel overwhelmed and don’t know how to use it. This made me and Orleatha super sad, so we decided to make a video on how to use it!
