I was cleaning out my freezer recently and found a bunch of odds and ends bags of nuts and seeds. So I whipped up a batch of this, not realizing just how much it would make. I knew it would be way more than we could eat anytime soon, so I placed the mix in a couple of airtight glass storage containers and threw them in the freezer. When we pulled them out to eat them, they were still super crispy and super delicious. As a matter of fact, hubby said he prefers the texture of it in its frozen state. 🙂
