Welcome to another Weekend Wrap Up! I hope that your week was pleasant and productive. Each week seems to go by faster and faster. It’s like I blink and boom, it’s Friday! We have lots of fun things to share this weekend, so let’s jump right in!

First up, how’s your digestion? Did you know that true health starts in the gut? If your gut is not happy and healthy, you will not be happy and healthy. A couple weeks ago, I shared some information about digestion and some of my healing journey with you. My friend and affiliate partner, Lydia from Divine Health, has been a tremendous help and support person for me during my healing journey. Have I healed all the way? No, but I am worlds better than I was before. She is offering an eCourse on digestion that is designed to help arm you with the tools and information you need to heal your gut and heal your body. Learn more about my healing journey, the importance of proper digestion, and this great eCourse here. Registration for the eCourse closes on Monday, April 15th, at 3pm  Eastern. Summertime is almost here, and if you’re like me, you live on iced tea during the summer. I am never without a half gallon of some sort of herbal tea in the fridge. My friend Michaela from Vicariously Vintage shares with us how to make iced tea concentrate. Going on a road trip? Have a camping excursion? Going to a big summer BBQ? Make a batch of this concentrate and take it with you and have delicious iced tea instantly! Check out the recipe and post here.

KerryAnn from Cooking Traditional Foods has a great series called “Friday Food Fight”. In this series, she looks at an ingredient, decision, or other process in the real food sphere (from the complex to the simple) and helps you wade through all of the information on that subject. If you have questions, she has answers and will point you in the right direction. This week she asked the question, “Is organic important for maple syrup?”. What do you think? I have always believed that it is, but maybe I was wrong? Find the answer here.

We have a couple of great giveaways this week! First up, we have Strawsome Glass Straw giveaway from my friend Patty at Loving Our Guts. I have always wanted some of these glass straws.
