Birthdays, Christmas parties, graduations – no matter what you’re celebrating, do it the healthy way with these 101 Healthy Drinks for any Celebration! Mocktails, cocktails, spritzers, cocoas, eggnogs, ciders, teas, coffees… there’s something here for everyone!

We’ve probably all been there: a work party, class reunion, or family holiday get-together where the drink options are super high on the sugar scale, not to mention all the other questionable ingredients, like preservatives and food colorings. So we opt for water. I’m definitely not saying anything negative about drinking water, but every now and again, it’s nice to have a fun, fancy, healthy drink to celebrate with!

If you know what I’m talking about, this round-up is for you! If you’re fine with water, kudos to you, but there’s probably still something here you’ll enjoy.

Thanks to some wonderful fellow foodies, I’ve rounded up 101 healthy options for those of us who’d like a fun drink every now and again. These drinks are all 100% gluten-free, and for the most part, they’re completely refined sugar-free, too! There are one or two that call for a simple syrup made from sugar, in which place you can make your own simple syrup with palm or coconut sugar, honey, or even stevia!

While most of these drinks are non-alcoholic, for those of you who are up for a little responsible, occasional consumption of alcohol, there are a few of those drinks in here too. Alcoholic drinks are noted by the asterisk (*).
