When it comes to hair care, there are a lot of natural options out there. One of my favorites is Morrocco Method. I use a lot of their products and especially love their shampoos and their henna.
I have really struggled to find hair care products that work well for me. I’ve done everything from no poo (which totally destroyed my hair), to DIY, to organic.
Morrocco Method’s products are the first products that have really worked well AND improved the health of my scalp and hair, so today I wanted to share about my favorite products! They have become one of my favorite affiliate partners because of the quality of their products and how well they have worked for me.

Hi there, just stumbled across your post about henna… just wanted to chime in my agreement! I also henna and can’t stop! I started using it several years ago to cover some gray, but recently started questioning whether I should just let myself go gray now… but I love the other benefits of henna too much to give it up! I have a thyroid problem, so my hair just keeps getting drier and thinner with time. Henna has done wonders in rehabilitating my hair. While it doesn’t stop the thinning caused by my thyroid, henna strengthens and softens my hair with consistent use, and it definitely gives it a nice shine I wouldn’t otherwise have. I can’t bring myself to quit!
Side note, I have currently been experimenting with “no poo,” but undecided about the results, so it was perfect timing I stumbled across your website. The post about your no poo experience is very helpful. I’m going to check out the shampoo you recommend. Thanks!
Hi Sara! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment! So happy the info I have shared was helpful and welcome to the henna club! I am so glad you’ve had such a great experience with henna. What you said is so much of my own journey too. I decided at the beginning of this year to stop henning for a year and see how my hair grew out. I have been henna-ing for I think 8 or 9 years now and was curious to see what my natural hair was doing. Thankfully it has grown out really nice and hasn’t looked horrible. I am going to pick back up on it after the first of the year though. It just makes my hair feel so good! 🙂 I’ll be posting a new blog post in the near-ish future about different shampoos so definitely check back for that.
