I am so sorry that it took me so long to get those created for all of you. It seemed like most people wanted a two page document that they could hang on their fridge, so I was able to come up with something that I think will work out great!

I tried to print the 122 uses and the print was teeny tiny and I didn’t know how to change it. Any ideas?

  2. Kim Lavoie says:

Hey! Love these ideas. I recently went to Walmart to purchase coconut oil and found myself overwhelmed. I found it by the vitamins, in the haircare isle by palmers as a coconut oil formula and then in the cooking isle by the frying supplies. All were drastically different prices for the amount you get. What exactly should I be buying??? Thanks!!

I get mine from Puritin’s Pride http://www.puritan.com Everything I order from them is good and prices are great. You can depend that their supplements are hghest quality. They stand by their products. Coconut oil is really great been using about 10 years.

I bought mine from Trader Joes. It’s organic and the jar was only $5.99. If you have a TJs in your neck of the woods, I think it’s the best/cheapest place to get pure and organic oils.

Coconut oil works wonders for pink eye! Apply to eye and eyelashes.

  4. Myrna Goff says:

Question about #10 tip.. Use it for oil pulling… Does that mean drying up oil on face?? I can’t think of any other type of “oil pulling”

  5. Cly says:

I cook with coconut oil that I buy from Kroger. It’s All Natural from LouAna Pure coconut oil. You get 31.5 fl oz for $6.99. That’s the best deal I’ve seen. Of course, you can obviously use it for more than cooking!

To make Bulletproof Coffee, I put a cup of hot coffee in the blender, add 2-3 tsp of CO and a tsp of grass-fed organic butter. Blend for a smooth, creamy cuppa joe! (This is not my original idea, but I can’t remember where I got it to give credit where it’s due…)

  7. Jerusha says:

These posts are a God-send –I’ve had a jar of Trader Joes coconut oil sitting on my shelf for months, awaiting some inspiration/drxns on how to use it! This is so great!
