So very sad, yet so very true. I believe food education starts at home, however, we have a couple generations of parents who don’t really know what real food is either. So, it’s no wonder that they’re passing along that lack of knowledge to their children. But, I think more awareness is starting to build around this topic, so I am hopeful that we are on the cusp of change!
