Cold and cough tea
  • 1 chunk of sliced ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cups of water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Raw honey to taste
  1. Place ginger and cinnamon in a pot and cover with 4 cups of water
  2. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes
  3. Strain and add the juice of half of lemon
  4. Add raw honey to taste
