I’m super excited to share this recipe for Gluten-Free Mozzarella Sticks with you today. They are easy to make, have no junk, and the kids (both big and little) will LOVE them!
I don’t know about you, but when I was a kid, I loved all things cheese and mozzarella sticks were right up there at the top of my favorite list. Something about the ooey gooey melted cheese encased in a super crispy shell…yum…my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Now, sure, you can buy mozzarella sticks already made, but the ingredients can often times may be less than stellar. And, if you’re gluten-free, that opens up another can of worms since almost all commercial brands use wheat in their recipes.
That’s why I am a super fan of these delicious snacks. Even though I am mostly dairy free (I still eat butter and ghee), every so often I will indulge and allow myself a little cheese…and what better way to eat cheese than in a crispy fried crust? LOL! Let’s eat! 🙂
