Delectable, sweet, super juicy bites of deliciousness! These amazing roasted grapes are truly something special and always a crowd pleaser.

Have you ever roasted grapes before? If you haven’t, go get some grapes now! Really, you need these in your life.

Roasted grapes are heavenly little bites of pure bliss. They are crazy good! The kind of good that you don’t want to stop eating because one, or two, or three just isn’t enough.

So when I say you need to go get some, I’m really serious.

There is an abundance of grapes this time of year. Farmers makers have said goodbye to summer produce and grapes are making an appearance. Plus any local grocer should have them in stock.

There’s lots of different varieties of grapes, but honestly, you don’t need anything fancy, just simple red grapes. And bonus, red grapes are usually pretty affordable too.

How to Roast Grapes for Sweet and Savory Dishes

Roasting grapes is truly so easy! There’s really nothing to it, it’s so simple. All you need is some beautiful bunches of grapes, a healthy fat of choice like grass-fed butter, ghee or avocado oil, and some quality, trace mineral containing sea salt. That’s it!

Just grab a baking sheet, place the grapes on it in an even layer, melt your healthy fat of choice if needed, pour it over the grapes and give a generous sprinkling of sea salt over the grapes.

What to Do With Roasted Grapes

The possibilities are endless when it comes to how to use these divine little tasty bites. Of course, you can just eat them as is. That’s what my youngest does, she just keeps grabbing handfuls and devours them.

Or you can get a little fancy and creative. My favorite way to enjoy these roasted grapes is on homemade vanilla ice cream. Oh my goodness it. is. To. Live. For. So good it’s swoon-worthy.

If dessert is not your thing, these beauties pair well with so much more. Have a family gathering, holiday party or a potluck to attend? Bring a plate full of these roasted grapes with some cheeses {like Brie} and crackers. Trust me, they will be a show stopper.

These roasted grapes are also absolutely delicious served alongside meat dishes, especially pasture-raised chicken, grass-fed lamb, or sustainable fish. They’re also delicious alongside squashes or mashed sweet potatoes. And last but not least, toss them into a simple green salad. They will add an extra special touch and liven up the salad.

You really can’t go wrong however you decide to enjoy them.
