Tender, flaky biscuits are possible without gluten and grains! If you've been missing classic biscuits, this is the perfect recipe for you!



  1. Place everything into the food processor and blend to combine.
  2. Drop scoops of dough onto a Silpat or parchment paper-lined baking sheet - you can use your fingers to “pat” them into a biscuit shape or just leave them as is!
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Let them cool a good 10 minutes before handling or they will fall apart on you.
