I’m a big fan of quick and easy.

With being pregnant, having four crazy kids, chickens, loads of laundry, dishes, homeschooling, gardening, etc., I don’t have much time to spend preparing complicated gourmet dishes.

Short ingredient list + little to no prep work = happy me. If I can make it in a blender, it gets bonus points, too.

Banana Nut Butter Pudding

Mornings are especially important times for meals to be quick and easy! Though I would be perfectly content with smoothies every day for breakfast (and lunch!), my family appreciates it if I shake things up a little.

This easy Banana Nut Butter Pudding is a favorite of my kiddos. It’s full of healthy, easy to find ingredients, and [bonus points!] is made in the blender.

Plus, it’s rich enough that you could serve it for dessert if you wanted to! Just garnish with a few banana slices and a little cinnamon, or a little shredded chocolate…. Mmmm-mm!

This easy Banana Nut Butter Pudding is a favorite of my
kiddos. It’s full of healthy, easy to find ingredients, and is made in the
blender. Plus, it’s rich enough that you could serve it for dessert if you

  1. Put everything into a blender and puree until pudding-y. (You may need to scrape down the sides and puree again.)
  2. Devour.
  3. Makes 2 cups.
