I’m a big fan of quick and easy.

With being pregnant, having four crazy kids, chickens, loads of laundry, dishes, homeschooling, gardening, etc., I don’t have much time to spend preparing complicated gourmet dishes.

Short ingredient list + little to no prep work = happy me. If I can make it in a blender, it gets bonus points, too.

Banana Nut Butter Pudding

Mornings are especially important times for meals to be quick and easy! Though I would be perfectly content with smoothies every day for breakfast (and lunch!), my family appreciates it if I shake things up a little.

This easy Banana Nut Butter Pudding is a favorite of my kiddos. It’s full of healthy, easy to find ingredients, and [bonus points!] is made in the blender.

Plus, it’s rich enough that you could serve it for dessert if you wanted to! Just garnish with a few banana slices and a little cinnamon, or a little shredded chocolate…. Mmmm-mm!
