I’ve been meaning to post this for the last few days. A former colleague of mine, who now works at Gaiam, posted the link to Facebook this early last week. This is a fantastic new documentary and I think the title says it all: “Hungry for Change – Your Health is in Your Hands.”

The film features world-renowned nutrition and natural medicine experts like Dr. Christine Northrup, Dr. Joseph Mercola, Joe Cross, Mike Adams, and many more.

I personally am excited to watch any and all new food/nutrition related documentaries that come out. Thank you Food, Inc., for paving the way for so many more of these types of films to be produced and made public.
