My post this week is a tutorial on getting whey from raw milk, which can be used in helping to culture thay bad-arse bacteria. 😉
Nice! I have not had the pleasure of getting whey from raw milk. I have to settle on plain yogurt for mine. Thank you for sharing and for keeping the bad-arse bacteria in mind! 🙂
Hi, I shared my post on how to prepare quick vegetable sides, which includes a recipe for honey-cinnamon butternut squash mash! Have a great week!
Thank you for sharing! Great info!
That kid can eat! In order to have high quality food on hand at a reasonable price, we’ve discovered the importance of bulk buying and creative food storage. We’ve got stuff stashed in weird places all over the house (and even out in the truck). ( http://theliberatedkitchenpdx.com/basics/creative-food-storage/ )
But our freezer is also key. Last week we calculated whether or not our chest freezer had paid for itself. It was so worthwhile ( http://theliberatedkitchenpdx.com/basics/do-i-really-need-a-chest-freezer/ ) that we decided to add to the family! So today I’ve posted a buying guide to help you make sure you get the right freezer!
