Jessica from Natural Health and Prevention shared her recipe for Super Easy Cultured Green Beans. Green beans are a popular summer vegetable and they are available almost everywhere. Try them fermented for an easy and different side dish or snack!

 

Finally, I am sharing my recipe review of the Indian Spiced Cauliflower recipe from Pickle Me Too. I adapted the recipe for the Pickl-It and added my own personal touch on this amazing fermented recipe. Personally, it’s one the best ferments I’ve ever tasted!
