For those of us who do indulge in a little chocolate every now and then, it’s important to only purchase organic, high-quality, fair-trade chocolates. These gourmet chocolates will undergo minimal processing and only have real ingredients and no junk. Equal Exchange is one of my favorite brands. Plus, the darker the better. The only thing on this ingredient that I didn’t like in this infographic was the soy lecithin, which I also try to avoid.
