I am so honored! Today, I am guest posting on The Nourishing Gourmet website, which is published by Kimi Harris. The reason that this guest post holds a special place in my heart is because Kimi was the one who inspired me to start blogging. I had followed her site for a couple years, and loved reading her posts and gathering inspiration for nourishing foods, when I finally got the courage to “put myself out there” and start my own blog. I still read her blog all the time and continue to draw inspiration from her!
