Food waste. We’re all guilty of it. At least, I know I am. I am a notorious food hoarder and over-cooker. I have gotten much better over the last year or two, but every so often, I realize that I throw away more food that I should. Mostly because I over-purchase, or I cook too much and forget to portion it and freeze it right away. In an economy like we’ve had, this can be really painful. Every time I throw something away, I kick myself and say “never again”.
