    Thanks for this! As a holistic health, nutrition, and lifestyle coach, I try to drive home the importance of cutting out sugar to my clients. In fact, I just kicked off my spring detox, which focused on kicking out sugar and restoring gut health. My clients are shocked to learn of all the hidden sources of sugar..and that we also need to cut out “healthy” sugars when breaking free of our sugar addiction.
