I can personally attest to the fact that the food I eat directly affects how I feel, and therefore my productivity. I do well eating the bulk of my carbuhydrates early in the day and then focusing on protein and veggies for lunch, dinner, and snacks. It doesn’t always work out that way, but I do my best, and when I’m being dilligent, I can tell a big difference in how I feel. I would love to add coconut oil to this chart as a great energy source.
What works best for you? Have you experiemented with eating different foods at different times of the day to see how and what affects you? How does what you eat affect your productivity?
