This has been a hectic week for me, so I’m too pooped to even write a long intro! Let’s get right into the recipes, shall we? Make sure you leave me a comment with your favorite recipe discovery from the week!

Weekly Recipe Wrap Up – Memorial Day Weekend 2011

16 Nourishing Breakfast Ideas – Yes, please! I feel like I constantly eat the same thing over and over for breakfast, so I am looking forward to breaking out of the rut!

Tasty Turkey Burger – Looking for something different to grill up this weekend? This recipe sounds wonderful – I might just have to give it a try!

Homemade Ketchup Cost Breakdown – I like seeing the cost breakdown of this. You can also lacto-ferment your homemade ketchup for a probiotic food. Just add a few tablespoons of whey and let it sit out on the counter for 8-24 hours. Making it at home lets you control the ingredients and avoid added sugar and HFCS.

Arabic Meatloaf with Potatoes (Kiftet Batatta) – I just posted my basic meatloaf recipe this week. This is another really easy recipe. I love the addition of the potatoes. It’s a full meal in one pan!

Roast Lamb with Olives, Lemon & Fresh Oregano – Looking for something different for Memorial Day dinner? You could make this delicious roast lamb recipe. Though, depending on what part of the country you’re in, it might be too hot for you to turn on the oven!

Bacon-Wrapped Cod w/ Rosemary and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes – I just had some grilled cod tonight and then stumbled across this recipe. This would be a great way to ensure your cod doesn’t fall apart on the grill. Plus, the addition of bacon might make it edible for my husband! ;)

Rosemary-Lemon Kebabs with Grilled Flatbread – These look so good. I LOVE grilled meat wrapped up in a pita with yogurt sauce and veggies. This is a great idea for some chicken we need to use up this weekend. Can’t wait!

Chewy Chocolate Vegan Date Brownies – Need a sweet treat for the weekend get together? This recipe might do the trick! I’ve never used garbanzo-garfava flour mix, but I did make some brownies using garbanzo beans one time. They turned out pretty good. I bet these are tasty!

That’s all for this week! Hope you all have a great holiday!
